This fabulous property comes into its own as you step through the bi-fold doors to the outside entertaining area which has been designed with careful and clever lighting in order to make the most of this area once it gets dark.

At the side of the property you will find the Electric Vehicle car charging station and there is enough private off-road parking for up to 5 cars.

Luxury Outdoor Living

The 400sq metres of manicured lawn at the bottom of the property is a lovely grassed area, ideal for playing games. This is edged by a row of lavender and the whole garden is enclosed by wooden fencing. There is a gate at the bottom which leads to a stream, the gates are kept closed but can be accessed and opened by adults.

Gin Bar

To the left of the patio you have the gin bar! The gin bar has been designed & styled with a large corner sofa with cushions and coffee table, a traditional bar made with aged oak fence posts from our family farm and has mood lighting so that you can spend the long summer evenings in here as it gets dark. Hanging on the rustic ladder are blankets and throws to keep you warm and help yourself to the complementary gin & cocktails in the bar on your arrival.
